Safer at Home Order – Operational Update

At Signature Resolution, we are committed to the safety of our clients, staff and neutrals. In response to the high contagion factor of COVID-19 and the new state Stay at Home and county Safer at Home orders -- closing nonessential businesses, we will conduct all business via email and phone; and all hearings via video communication.  However, both our downtown Los Angeles and Century City offices will be closed. Our team will continue to respond to inquiries and set cases for hearings; and in the coming days, you will be hearing from our Case Administrators regarding any upcoming hearing(s) you have with our office.  We will be suggesting the following options for you:

• Keeping the matter on the calendar as scheduled and conduct the hearing via secure video conferencing; or
• Rescheduling your current hearing to a later date (beginning no earlier than April 19, 2020), with the understanding that any rescheduled date must align with the neutral’s availability.

For our secure video conferencing, please be advised that Signature Resolution offers Zoom, complimentary to you. Parties can participate in meetings remotely by simply clicking on a link provided by our team from a web browser, Zoom desktop or mobile application, landline or mobile phone, or with a H.323 or SIP device. Once parties join a meeting, they will be placed into their own private breakout room, ensuring confidentiality.  Our neutrals have already conducted a number of successful hearings using Zoom over the last couple weeks.
