LOS ANGELES – Jan. 7, 2020 – Signature Resolution is proud to announce the addition of Hon. Edward A. Ferns (Ret.) to its panel. Judge Ferns will serve as a mediator resolving employment, business, real property, professional negligence and personal injury disputes.
Judge Ferns served for more than 25 years on the Los Angeles Superior Court. He successfully resolved thousands of matters, conducted in excess of 1,000 settlement conferences while assigned to the mandatory settlement program and served as a Pro Tem on the appellate court for more than two and a half years.
Prior to his appointment on the bench, Judge Ferns served as a deputy district attorney for Los Angeles County where he served in various assignments from misdemeanors to juvenile to felonies. He also worked in the career criminal, consumer and special investigations units and then as the grand jury advisor.

Judge Ferns earned his J.D. from Southwestern University College of Law and his B.A. from UCLA.
