LOS ANGELES – November 13, 2019 – Signature Resolution is proud to announce the addition of Hon. B. Scott Silverman (Ret.) to its panel. Judge Silverman will serve as a mediator, arbitrator and private judge focusing on family law, employment/labor and business/commercial disputes.
For most of his career on the bench he presided in the family law department, including the long cause trial department and the family law settlement conference division. During his 12 years in the court, he handled thousands of cases, including complex property, business valuation, child and spousal support and child custody issues.
Prior to his appointment, he was an associate and partner with Morrison & Foerster where he handled employment and labor matters for 30 years. He established the firm’s labor and employment practice in Los Angeles and litigated wage/hour class actions, privacy and trade secret claims, labor arbitrations and wrongful discharge and harassment cases.

Judge Silverman earned his J.D. from Hastings College of Law and his B.A. from Stanford University.
