Signature Resolution’s number one priority is your safety. The following memo is to inform you of the safety precautions we are taking, as well as the technology made available complimentary to you to minimize disruptions to your cases.
With the high contagion factor of COVID-19, we aim to take preventative measures to ensure that our staff and visitors are not exposed to potential health risks. Our offices have been stocked with alcohol-based sanitizers and disinfectant screen wipes. We are taking extra safety precautions and will be cleaning all frequently touched surfaces including workstations, countertops, and doorknobs. Our staff has been instructed to stay home if they are feeling ill and to wash their hands often, in and out of the office.
If you are experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath or other symptoms, we respectfully request that you comply with the CDC’s recommendation to stay at home, other than to receive medical attention if needed.
Signature Resolution is committed to enhancing the dispute resolution experience for our clients and attorneys by setting the highest standard for quality and hospitality. Our neutrals are able to conduct their hearings and meetings through Zoom, a highly secure video conferencing platform. If you are not feeling well or prefer to work remotely at this time, our case management team will gladly assist you in getting set up for video conferencing in order to conduct business as usual.
