Signature Resolution, comprised of Southern California’s most respected mediators, arbitrators, private judges and special masters, is now resolving disputes nationwide.
Virtual Dispute Resolution ServicesSince moving to Zoom and other secure videoconferencing platforms, Signature Resolution has been providing clients around the country with the same level of privacy and security that they expect from in-person hearings.
Our neutrals specialize in virtually every civil practice area, including business and commercial contracts, employment, entertainment, family law, patent and intellectual property, mass tort, personal injury, probate, real estate, securities, and more.
Our panelists are sought after for their unrivaled expertise and their commitment to resolving even the most challenging legal matters. Expanding our services to the virtual setting has proven to be both efficient and effective; we’ve found that our success rate when utilizing Zoom has been on-par with in-person hearings. We encourage you to ask your colleagues about our panel, review our neutrals’ backgrounds and reach out if we can help resolve your case.
Once your case has been scheduled, you’ll receive a hearing notice from one of our case administrators. That notice will contain the following:
- Confirmation of the date and time of your hearing.
- The link that you will click to access your hearing.
- Contact information of one of our designated tech representatives, who will be available at your request for a practice run or for any issues that arise during the hearing.
On the date of your hearing, your neutral will admit each participant one by one. Once admitted, each participant is sent to their respective “breakout room.” We follow this procedure to ensure that opposing sides do not cross paths in the “waiting room,” and it also allows us to ensure that no un-invited guests enter the meeting.

The pandemic expanded the use of virtual mediation by necessity. Post-pandemic, parties will choose virtual mediation for its flexibility, efficiency, and convenience. And because it works.”
